We accompany our guests through the farm and fields and offer adults and children information on the history of the farm and current farming practices. The aim is to give children a better understanding of the origins of food. Depending on the season, we offer a small tasting and refreshments from the farm.
Several times a year, we organize a farm tour entitled “Tyrolean grey cattle and the Villnöss cultural landscape around the Ganboihof” as part of “Slow Food Travel Villnöss”. This event includes a visit to the Ganoihof farm with Georg Profanter (social pedagogue, organic farmer) and Andreas Hudler (landscape ecologist). The biodiversity of the farm and its interactions with farming will be explained. Participants will also gain an insight into organic suckler cow husbandry and can enjoy an aperitif together on the farm.
