The apartment "Fermeda" has a bedroom with a comfortable cuddly corner as nice little extra. The natural wood floors and the furnishing offer much comfort. From the eat-in kitchen you reach the western balcony from where you can enjoy an idyllic view on our large walnut tree and the little church of S. James. The Fermeda Towers are elegant rock needles that quickly catch your eye at the edge of the Geisler Dolomite Mountain Range.

Information about your booking

Rates are per apartment and night for a minimum stay of 5 nights.
Included services: room, linen and towels (for bath, bed and kitchen) W-Lan, final cleaning, guest service card "Dolomiti-Mobil Card", electricity and heating, bread service. Not included: local tax (2,00€ per night for persons over 14)
Additional beds: for every additional person
For each extra person per apartment you pay 10€ for teenagers from 14 to 18 years, 15€ for over 18s. Extra kids from 0-13.99 years are free
Please notice: July and August we rent out our apartments only for entire weeks from Saturday to Saturday.
Stay longer- pay less: For a stay of more than 7 nights you get a price reduction for 10%. These reductions are not applicable in the summer season (July and August)
Pets are not allowed in our apartments.
Arrival time: after 15.00 your apartment is ready to use. We are happy to take your luggage before that time and welcome you in our lounge. Departure: Please leave your apartment at 9.30 on your departure day.
Short stays (rarely accepted) from 3 to 4 nights we charge an additional fee.

Booking Confirmation and Terms of Payment

We look forward to a written request and a reservation via email. Booking security: the booking is valid after the deposit has been transferred (25% of the booking rate, min. 50€ max. 250€). The deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation.
